Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our social media management platform

What is PostLoudly?

PostLoudly is a social media management platform that helps you create visual content using templates, publish to social media platforms, schedule posts, and track your engagement—all from one dashboard.

How do I create an account?

You can sign up by clicking the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. Fill in your name and email address, and you'll receive instructions via email to complete your account creation. Note that account creation is currently pending email verification.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. If an account is registered with that email, you'll receive password reset instructions via email.

Which social media platforms are supported?

We support Instagram, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and Facebook. You can connect accounts from any of these platforms, create and schedule posts, and view analytics—all from one dashboard.

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to the "Accounts" page in your dashboard and click "Connect Account" for the platform you want to connect. You'll be redirected to that platform to authorize PostLoudly. Once authorized, your account will be connected and you can start publishing content.

How do templates work?

Templates are pre-designed HTML layouts that you can customize with your own content. When creating a post, select a template and fill in the dynamic fields (like quotes, titles, images, etc.). The template will generate a preview image that you can publish to your connected social media accounts.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Yes! You can schedule posts by clicking the "Schedule" button when creating a post. Select a date and time in the future, and your post will be saved as scheduled. Scheduled posts appear in your calendar view. Note: Currently, scheduled posts are displayed in the calendar but require manual publishing (this is a trial app limitation).

Can I save posts as drafts?

Absolutely! When creating a post, click "Save Draft" to save your work without publishing. You can edit and publish drafts later from the "All Posts" page or the post detail view.

How do I edit a post?

You can edit draft posts by clicking "Edit" from the "All Posts" page or the post detail view. Make your changes, update the preview, and save. Note: Only draft posts can be edited; published posts cannot be modified.

What analytics are available?

Our analytics dashboard shows Total Reach, Impressions, Engagement Rate, and Click-Through Rate across all your connected platforms. You can view engagement metrics including likes, saves, clicks, and comments. Sync your accounts regularly to get the latest analytics data.

How do I sync my account data?

Go to the "Accounts" page and click the "Sync" button next to your connected account. This will update your follower count, engagement metrics, and post analytics. We recommend syncing regularly to keep your data up to date.

How do I disconnect a social media account?

Go to the "Accounts" page, click the delete button next to the account you want to disconnect, and confirm. We'll revoke our access token on our side. To completely remove PostLoudly from your account, you'll also need to manually revoke access from your platform's security settings (e.g., Pinterest Settings → Security → App logins).

Can I create new Pinterest boards from PostLoudly?

Yes! When creating a post and selecting a Pinterest account, you can choose an existing board or create a new one. Click "New Board" and enter the board name. New boards are created as public boards on Pinterest.

How secure is my data?

Security is our top priority. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication with social media platforms, which means we never see or store your passwords. All API connections are secured, and access tokens are stored securely. You can revoke access at any time.

What is the Content Calendar?

The Content Calendar shows all your scheduled posts in a monthly calendar view. You can see which posts are scheduled for each day, view today's scheduled posts, and see an upcoming posts list. Click on any scheduled post to view its details.
