Analytics Page
Comprehensive guide to understanding and using the analytics page to track your social media performance.
Overview
The Analytics page provides detailed insights into your social media performance. It shows key metrics, trends, and data visualizations to help you understand how your content is performing and make data-driven decisions.
Key Metrics Cards
At the top of the analytics page, you'll find four key metric cards:
Total Reach
An estimate of how many people have seen your content across all platforms.
Calculated from engagement and impressions data. Shows change from last 30 days.
Impressions
The total number of times your posts have been displayed to users.
Based on actual data from platforms like Pinterest. Shows change from last 30 days.
Engagement Rate
The percentage of people who engaged with your content relative to your reach.
Higher rates indicate more effective content. Shows change from last 30 days.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
The percentage of people who clicked on your content relative to impressions.
Measures how effective your content is at driving clicks. Shows change from last 30 days.
Understanding the Metrics
Change Indicators
Each metric card shows a change indicator comparing the current period to the previous 30 days:
- Green with up arrow: Metric increased
- Red with down arrow: Metric decreased
- Gray with no arrow: No significant change
Empty States
If a metric shows "Not enough data", it means there isn't sufficient data to calculate that metric yet. Sync your accounts regularly and publish content to start seeing analytics data.
Getting Analytics Data
To see analytics data, you need to:
- Connect Accounts: Connect your social media accounts (Pinterest, Instagram, X, Facebook)
- Publish Content: Create and publish posts to your connected accounts
- Sync Accounts: Regularly sync your accounts to fetch the latest engagement and analytics data
- Wait for Data: Some metrics (like impressions) may take time to accumulate after publishing
Tip: Sync your accounts at least once a day to keep your analytics data current. The more you publish and sync, the more comprehensive your analytics will be.
Analytics Sections
The analytics page includes several sections (some may show empty states if data is not available):
- Follower Growth: Visual chart showing how your follower count has changed over time
- Content Type Performance: Comparison of how different content types (images, videos, carousels) perform
- Best Posting Times: Analysis of when your audience is most active
- Top Hashtags: Most used and most engaging hashtags
- Top Performing Posts: Your best-performing content based on engagement
These sections will display "Not enough data" until you have sufficient content and engagement data. Continue publishing content and syncing your accounts to populate these sections.
