Content Calendar
Learn how to use the content calendar to view and manage your scheduled posts.
What is the Content Calendar?
The Content Calendar provides a visual, monthly view of all your scheduled posts. It helps you plan your content strategy, see what's coming up, and ensure you're posting consistently across all your social media accounts.
Accessing the Calendar
To view your content calendar, click on "Calendar" in the dashboard navigation menu. The calendar shows the current month by default, displaying all posts scheduled for that month.
Understanding the Calendar Layout
The calendar is divided into several sections:
Monthly Calendar Grid
The main calendar shows all days of the current month in a grid format. Each day that has scheduled posts will display:
- The day number
- Time badges for scheduled posts (showing up to 2 posts)
- A "+X more" indicator if there are additional posts
Today's date is highlighted with a special border and background color.
Today's Posts Sidebar
The right sidebar shows all posts scheduled for today. Each post card displays the scheduled time, title, and platforms. Click on any post to view its details.
Upcoming Posts List
Below the calendar, you'll see a list of upcoming scheduled posts. This list shows the next 10 scheduled posts with their dates, times, titles, and platforms. Each post has a "View" button to see more details.
Viewing Scheduled Posts
There are several ways to view scheduled posts in the calendar:
- Calendar Grid: Days with scheduled posts show time badges. Hover over a day to see more details.
- Today's Posts: The sidebar shows all posts scheduled for today with their times and details.
- Upcoming Posts: The list below shows the next scheduled posts chronologically.
- Click to View: Click on any scheduled post to view its full details, including content, platforms, and options to publish or edit (if it's a draft).
Navigating the Calendar
The calendar header includes navigation controls:
- Previous/Next Buttons: Navigate between months to view past or future scheduled posts
- Current Month Display: Shows the current month and year being viewed

Use these controls to plan your content weeks or months in advance and see your posting schedule at a glance.
